Are the whiteboards magnetic?
Yes, we only build our white boards with a premium magnetic porcelain dry erase material. This is the highest quality white board surface available and will provide a lifetime of use with proper care. We also include our button magnets - so you can stick photos, invitations and artwork right to the dry erase surface.
Is there a difference between a whiteboard and a dry erase board?
Those are the same style of board - and our are the highest quality white board available - anywhere - guaranteed!
Do the whiteboards always have to be framed?
Yes, we only build our white boards with a frame. The dry erase panels are steel and have very sharp unfinished edges - which are covered by the frame.
How long does it take to build a custom sized whiteboard?
Please allow about 2 weeks for your handcrafted board to ship. Oversized boards or large quantity orders may take longer. Your board will be delivered by Fedex Ground and we will send you a tracking number when it ships as well as a update on the day it will be delivered. You can also request text updates in the checkout process.
Do you build the whiteboards with a marker tray?
Yes, we have designed our marker trays so they are built right into the frame for a seamless look - you also have the option to not have a marker tray with your custom white board.
Can you build a custom whiteboard in any size?
The biggest size we can build is a 8 ft x 4ft - the cost on this will be around $1000. plus freight costs. Our minimum cost to build a custom sized white board is $125. plus shipping costs.
How do you clean your whiteboards?
We do include a eraser for day to day cleaning - to more thoroughly clean the surface use a cloth lightly dampened with vinegar, hand sanitizer or rubbing alcohol.
How do I hang/install my whiteboard?
We include our super easy to use hanging hardware on every board that ships. We do offer several different types of hanging hardware depending on the size and weight of your board. See this page for more detail on our hanging hardware.
Can I return my custom whiteboard if I don't like it?
Sorry - custom built boards are non-returnable. We suggest ordering a frame sample before you order so you can make sure your custom white board will be the perfect fit and look for your space. We also recommend using some painters tape on your wall to 'map' out the perfect size.
