Our typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks plus transit time - custom boards or orders with large quantities may take longer. If you need your board shipped sooner, just let us know what you are looking for and when you need it using the form above - we will do our best to accommodate all requests. All orders ship by Fedex Ground and tracking information is sent to you when your order ships from our workshop in CT.

All our boards are measured from the outside of the frame. So the frame width is included in the overall size.

All our cork board panels are 1/2" thick. All 'pinnable' boards in these collections are built with the same 1/2" thick panels: Cork Boards - Bulletin Boards - Pin Boards

There is a 1/2" thick cork-like material under the fabric on our Bulletin Boards and Pin Boards - this is the same material that is used on our Cork Boards as well.

Yes, we only build our Chalkboards and White Boards with a premium magnetic porcelain material. This is the highest quality surface available and will provide a lifetime of use with proper care. We also include our button magnets - so you can stick photos, invitations and artwork right to the chalkboard or dry erase surface.
